Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation or modification requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care devices such as the EvaraSkin™ Lift & Sculpt Pro are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction not related to product defect

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please see the section below.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or not functioning properly, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please provide:

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Resolutions are determined at our discretion based on the issue provided.


Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking information confirms delivery, EvaraSkin™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We may assist in opening an inquiry, but final determinations are made by the carrier.


Shipping Delays

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume periods

  • Force majeure events

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.


Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Dissatisfaction due to expected results


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect your eligibility for future purchases.

All refund, replacement, and dispute decisions are made at the sole discretion of EvaraSkin™ after review of the submitted evidence.
